My career has been defined by a constant evolution, from premium event production to driving end-to-end strategy for global brand moments. Whether managing multi-million dollar budgets or directing large cross-functional teams, I thrive on turning complex logistical challenges into seamless, commercial successes.
I believe in the power of team above all else. My leadership style is built on collaboration and mentorship, having guided diverse groups of stakeholders to execute flawlessly across DTC, B2B, and retail channels.
As a collegiate runner, Boston Marathon qualifier, and fitness studio coach, I bring an athlete’s mindset to my work: disciplined, resilient, and deeply connected to the community I serve.

Projects at On
On Track Nights, LA
Launched the first On Track Nights event in Los Angeles, CA as part of a six-part global campaign series where festival vibes meet professional racing. The event included a run club community race, concert by KYLE and Chloe Abbott, elite and pro-track meet, retail pop-up shop, and large-scale brand build.
US Olympic T&F Trials
Leading up to the Paris 2024 Olympics, we took a 3 pronged approach to the US Olympic Track and Field Trials to win with the dedicated runner, athletes, and fans by building an OAC fanbase that will trickle into Olympic support. Done through hosting athlete, partner, and community-focused events around the US T&F trials to build athlete and brand fandom funneling into the Olympics.
Clubhouse Nights NYC, US Open
Hosted an unforgettable event where the lines between court sports and entertainment blur, new culture flourishes and everyone feels welcome. Kicked-off the US Open with an event that made tennis culturally relative, inviting athletes, tracksuit connoisseurs, and taste-makers to enjoy a night with unexpected tennis gameplay and headlining musical performances.
World Champs 2022
Hosted every two years, the track and field World Championships gives space for the best of the best track and field athletes to compete on the world’s biggest stage. Prioritizing run and the On Athletics Club (OAC), we hosted an indoor and outdoor athlete lounge, On Bus leading tours and runs, interactive product displays, and a curated athlete hospitality area. Attendees left knowing the OAC and that On is a trusted sportswear brand.

Immersive Workshop hosted by FKA twigs
Guests were invited to join FKA twigs for an exclusive full-day workshop in NYC; starting with a personalized outfitting experience featuring On’s new training collection. The day unfolded with an energizing strength and dance session, followed by a nourishing communal lunch and concluding with The experience concluded with a restorative yoga session and sound bath, all thoughtfully designed to showcase the versatility and comfort of On’s training apparel and footwear.
Penn Relays
Led integrated marketing plan for On’s largest track moment, connecting with 17k athletes and 100k fans. Over the 5-month project timeline, directed a 25+ cross-functional team while managing creative and production agencies to execute a complex brand vision. Oversaw 40+ onsite staff and championed internal talent development by guiding a team members stretch role.
New York City Marathon
The NYC Marathon weekend delivered incredible moments, highlighted by Hellen Obiri’s record-breaking win and Joe Klecker’s impressive marathon debut. To amplify these athlete achievements, we executed a true citywide takeover through partnerships with standout collaborators like The Lot Radio, Dirty Bird Run Club, and Lore Bathing Club.
By combining Hellen-centric OOH, meaningful community events, and key account activations with partners like KITH, we maintained high energy across the city—ensuring the brand showed up everywhere at once.
Chicago Marathon 2025
In Chicago, we showed up for the community, by the community—through year-long relationship building, investing in what the community cares about, and creating unique experiences rooted in the On Racing Academy ethos of mental well-being and recovery. By leaning into this niche, we were able to authentically tell human-forward stories that truly represent Chicago. Our activations, ranging from a viral collaboration with Elevator Music and the Demon Hours boat cruise to strategic influencer partnerships captured the true spirit of the weekend. This community-first approach not only drove earned media and engagement but earned us industry-wide recognition as the brand that 'won' the Chicago Marathon.

Site Revamp, Video Project
Contributed to website revamp by creating engaging video content based on my written blogs to increase social engagement, SEO, brand awareness, and sales. Within one year, filmed, edited, published, and promoted 400 marketing videos with each video promotion resulting in an average of 2,580 impressions per video on social media. In addition to the website re-vamp project, I created, designed, and sourced content for JSG social with 74,000+ followers.

Created digital content with creative concepts to grow 24+ clients’ business objectives. Increased clients’ social media accounts by an average of 1,164 percent in impressions, outbound clicks, and engagements in nine months. Generated social reports to communicate ROI, lead generation, and goals to clients.
